What the package covers
- Paperwork · Quotation, contract and invoice in the company name. Vendor registration forms filled on request.
- Set length · 3 to 4 hours as standard. Overtime by the hour, agreed on the night.
- Equipment · Two Pioneer CDJ 2000 or 3000 Nexus 2 and a DJM 900 or 1000 mixer, or a digital controller for tighter setups.
- Monitoring · Two active monitor speakers so the booth hears what the floor hears.
- Music prep · A pre-event call about the crowd, the moments that matter and any must-play or never-play tracks.
- Hospitality rider · One bottle of whisky with mixers, a pitcher of soft drinks, fruit and snacks in the booth.
- Booking · Date confirmed on WhatsApp with a deposit. No agency in between.

Maya arrives before doors for sound check, plays the agreed set and handles overtime if the room wants more.
Before you ask
How much does a corporate event DJ cost in Jakarta?
Send the date, venue and a line about the event on WhatsApp and you get a quotation the same day, with the rate card attached. Sets are 3 to 4 hours; out-of-town gatherings are quoted with the hotel night and meals included, and overtime is by the hour.
Can we get a formal invoice and contract?
Yes. Quotation, contract and invoice in the company name, plus vendor forms if procurement needs them.
Can the set follow a run sheet?
That is the normal way of working. Send the run sheet and she cues stings, walk-ons and the reveal with your MC or show caller.
Do you provide sound and lighting for the whole venue?
Maya brings the booth: CDJs, mixer and monitors. Room PA and lighting come from your production company or the venue; she coordinates with them before the day.
Can she play a corporate-safe set?
Yes. Clean edits, no explicit lyrics, and the brief decides what is and is not played.
